Summary

A spacious stone house with lovely views over rolling countryside and approximately 5kms from Marciac, where you will find a good selection of shops, restaurants and cafés/bars and home of the popular jazz festival in August and the various jazz events throughout the year.

Arriving at the property there is a gravel driveway which leads to the rear. Stone steps lead to the front door which takes you into the hallway, to the left of which can be found the lounge with exposed stonework and beams and a wood burning stove. An archway leads through to the dining room which can also be accessed directly from the hallway. To the right of the entrance hallway is the summer lounge with tiled floor and exposed beams and a further archway takes you into the farmhouse style kitchen with large centre island. Accessed from the summer lounge is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Also on the ground floor is a separate guest WC and utility room.

On the first floor there are three further bedrooms - one double bedroom with seating*, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. There is also a family sized bathroom and a separate WC.

The garden has a lovely low walled terrace area with table and chairs and is mainly lawned with shrubs and trees with far reaching views.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a farm next door and the farmer’s dogs and chickens can sometimes wander into the garden. Also, there is a large inflatable pool available for use, which would be suitable if you have small children for paddling.
