A lovely renovated former watermill dating from 1850 just 1km from the small village of Bassoues where you will find a restaurant, café and boulangerie.

The property is reached by a private driveway and is set in just over 2 acres with wonderful views over rolling countryside.

On the ground floor is the ‘snug’/day room with exposed beams and wood burner. Off to the right 3 stone steps lead up to the large sunny farmhouse breakfast kitchen with quality fittings throughout. To the left of the day room is the large lounge with exposed beams, corner fireplace and double doors leading to the terrace and garden. A small step down leads to a corridor where there is a good sized shower room and a very well equipped utility room.

From the lounge the main winding staircase leads to the landing. To the left is the large Master Bedroom with king-size bed and windows on 3 sides giving it a lovely sunny aspect.
