A beautiful 18th Century Château set in approximately 50 acres of private park and woodland, yet within a 5 minute drive of a delightful village for all amenities and only 15 minutes drive from the larger town of Cazeres.

This unique 10 bedroom Château is generously proportioned with 20 rooms spread over 2 floors. Despite its immense size it nonetheless offers comfort and intimacy with many original features being retained in the majority of rooms.
The property has been finished to a very high standard and combines successfully a collection of beautiful antiques with modern day amenities.

At the front of the Château the driveway leads into the circular courtyard. The entrance door opens into the grand hallway, giving access from both sides to the ground floor accommodation and also through to the garden and park at the rear of the property. On the left of the hallway is the main drawing room, the music room (restored to its original 1840’s décor) complete with grand piano, and two bedrooms. To the right of the hallway is the dining room with 18C table and views over the grounds, the TV room and the large well equipped breakfast kitchen with exposed beams and its own outdoor terrace with table and chairs.
