Situated approximately 5kms from the village of Seissan where you will find bakers, butcher, a good selection of shops, restaurant and café/bar and an excellent local market on a Friday.

The door leads into the open plan sitting/dining/kitchen. This is a lovely bright sunny room which has south facing windows and doors, offering uninterruped views across to the Pyrénées. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table seats 4. The double sliding glass doors from the sitting area lead to a large fenced terrace (with locking gate) which is ideal for outside dining, with table, chairs and umbrella.

The property has two bedrooms, each nicely furnished and with modern en-suite facilities: Bedroom one has king-size bed with large modern en-suite bathroom with bath + shower over. Bedroom two has 2 single beds with modern en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have lovely views across to the Pyrénées.

The grounds of 40 acres are mainly grass and woodland with mature trees, shrubs and flowers with many wild orchids. The swimming pool is reached by a small pathway and has roman steps and solar heating. There is a large sunbathing terrace and 'gloriette' for shade with spectacular views. There is also covered parking in the nearby barn. As there is an unfenced pond in the grounds this property is unsuitable for small children and we would recommend children 7 years and over.

The accommodation is set on one level and has been designed to accommodate disabled visitors.
