The property is approached via a private driveway which sweeps around to the front of the Château and the courtyard. There are stone steps to the entrance doors which open into the main hallway, from which is the formal salon with grand piano. The impressive formal dining room has an open fireplace and grand table which seats 12. Opposite is the light breakfast room with lovely views, ideal for relaxing over breakfast and next to this is the fully fitted well equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a study with computer, billiard room with full size antique table and a guest WC.
The main staircase leads to the first floor landing with long hallway, from which each of the bedrooms can be reached. All the bedrooms have views over the grounds and have been recently refurbished to a high standard. There are a total of seven bathrooms and en-suite shower/bath rooms. All have modern quality fittings and all have bath and/or large shower and two have Jacuzzi baths. A further staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a large library with relaxing seating and a games room with table tennis. Located in the grounds is the swimming pool with sunbathing patio and there is a small 2/3 person sauna , outside warm water shower and separate WC. There is also a dining area for 12 which has been enclosed within a ‘moustiquaire’ to allow for pleasant insect free evening dining.
