This spacious gîte is surrounded by 12 acres of garden within the grounds of the owner’s home and boarders on farmland. Situated close to L’Isle en Dodon, an interesting bastide town with weekly markets, shops, restaurants and cafés.

The accommodation is set on one level and the entrance door opens into a spacious open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area, with patio doors opening onto a good sized terrace, which is an ideal area for outside dining, with views of the surrounding countryside.

There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk beds as well as a modern fully tiled shower room. There is an additional sofa bed* located in the lounge area and the property is fully equipped to accommodate 6 people.

The large pool with solar shower has beautiful views across the countryside and a lovely terrace for sunbathing or dining. The pool is shared with the owners, although they do not use it when guests are in residence.

A well equipped gîte which is ideally located for exploring the many historic sights of the area.
